Shipping policy

At Creations by Chickadee, we aim to offer you the best shipping option, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers nationwide, ensuring we consistently deliver the highest levels of responsiveness. The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging may take up to 14 days to complete. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours of placement. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes 3–14 Business days.
• Handling time: Order Processing time is needed to fulfill your order, which takes another 2-3 Business days as the orders are packaged for shipping.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our suppliers to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 3 – 60 business days.
• Standard Shipping  - Orders may take up to 60 Business days for delivery, depending on product availability.
• Customers outside of the US are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or additional shipping charges required by their country.
• Customers are responsible for entering their shipping addresses accurately.
• Creations by Chickadee will not refund packages delivered to the wrong address due to inaccurately entered addresses, including zip codes.
• Creations by Chickadee is not responsible for undeliverable packages.
• Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO requires additional fulfillment and shipping days due to the requirements for the correct packaging materials. These orders will only ship via USPS Priority Mail from our facility located in New Hampshire. These orders may take up to 60 business days to arrive.

Shipping Rates are as follows: Only shipping to the USA

An order may take up to 5 days to process. Pre-order items can take up to 90 Business Days to process.

PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE PRODUCTS NOT READILY AVAILABLE AND MAY TAKE MORE THAN 90 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE.

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

1. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout. However, you should choose the pre-order payment method to be billed at the time of fulfillment and not before the order is ready to ship.
2. We can accept cancellations if made before the order ships.
3. We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date, so we cannot guarantee products will be available in less than 16 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
4. Sometimes, the ordered items will arrive later than two weeks due to several factors (e.g., customs)
5. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will create a new order just for the pre-order item so that we can promptly ship any item that is in stock. Pre-orders are billed at the time of fulfillment.
6. Once you place an order with us, you will accept these terms & conditions.
